Aloo Tikki Recipe
Aloo tikki Is Popular North Indian snacks recipe made from potatoes and peas, spiced with chilli powder and chat masala. This is one of the most loved street foods and recreating some enchanting taste of Aloo Tikki Looks Difficult!! However , here,s a simple recipe.
Ingredients To Make Aloo Tikki:

- Boiled 3-4 potatoes in pressure cooker , Wash Boiled Potatoes .
- Peel out the cover from boiled potatoes.
- Also, boil 1 cup of Green Peas.
- Take, Boiled mashed potatoes in a bowl and add boiled peas.
- Mash both together using potato masher and blend them nicely together.
- Add finely chopped fresh coriander leaves, chili powder,bread crumbs, chaat masala,corn flour,lemon juice,salt, cumin powder ,dhania powder.
- Mix Everything together.
- Divide the mixture equally and ball out of it.
- Take one ball time and press lightly .
- make all the patty same way. you can make balls large size for medium size(but thin tikkis are easy to fry)
- Heat oil in pan and fry them until golden .
- keep flipping them to both the side and fry till color becomes golden brown.
- Remove it to plate. Like wise shallow fry all the tikkis.
- Serve aloo tikki hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
Note : We are adding Bread Crumbs as binding material in tikkis.
